Outstanding! Just one or two sessions and I already feel like things are starting to make sense. I sleep better, I'm more focused, I am more content and worry less...this session was accessible, science and data-driven, and geared for real-life use.
”
The workshop provided me with actionable steps to ground me in breathing and mindfulness when work gets stressful. It helped me think about who I am as a whole person (not just my job title) and how caring for my wellbeing can be an act of decolonization.
